I have been in business since 2020, and have plenty of references for you to verify.

What is your hourly rate?

Hourly rates vary. Your business needs, company size, and time determines our rate. If my hourly prices do not work for you, we can always agree upon a monthly stipend that works for the both of us.

My books have not been kept up for months. Can you fix them?

Yes, and not an uncommon question I come across. You’d be surprised how many start up businesses wait until the end of the year to organize their books.

I have a Bookkeeper that works on site but I need someone with more experience to supervise and review our financials monthly. Can you work with our in-house Bookkeeper?

The answer is Yes. All I need to do is understand your staff’s current responsibilities, so I can draft a new list of responsibilities to avoid duplication.

Are you able to review our books offsite?

As long as I have access to your system or your QuickBooks online account, I can maintain your books at anytime.

How do we send you documentation?

This depends on what you are comfortable with. Information can be picked up or you can email me the documentation as often as you’d like.
